On April 22, 2014 the Department of Banking together with the regional management of “UkrSibbank” organized the training on “The rules of successful communication of bank employees”. During the seminar the representative of UkrSibbank V. Gorbenko noted that for effective communication a manager of the bank should know the basic rules for carrying out conversations, have practical skills of communication and be a good interlocutor. The next phase of the project will help students master the techniques of successful communication in selling banking products and communicating with potential customers of banks.
The opening of the training call-center will be held on April 28, 2014 with the participation of the Director of the bank’s regional management and Head of the Department of Banking, Professor T. Vasilyeva.
