The Head of the Department of Mathematics and Informatics Valeriy Yatsenko took part in the jury of the All-Ukrainian Student Competition in Informatics. The competition was held at the Department of Informatics of the National Aerospace University (Kharkiv).
The objectivity of evaluation of the participants’ works was ensured by the following factors: encryption of works without specifying the names of authors, the presence of the jury members from different universities of Ukraine, the checking of each paper by a group of lecturers.
The jury members actively discussed the professional issues concerning the methods of teaching the students of economic specialties, the use of advanced software in the learning process, the development of the IT industry.
