Master Class “Procurement of goods and services by state agencies”

The Department of Finance organized a master class in “Financial Analysis” with the participation of the Deputy Head of the Department of Financial Audit Management of the National Bank of Ukraine Lyudmyla Katrosha for second year students in the specialty “Finance and Credit” and fifth year students in the specialty “Financial and economic security”. Mrs. Katrosha described the legal and economic principles of procurement of goods, works and services for the state budget and highlighted the specific features of procurement by the National Bank of Ukraine. This aroused considerable interest among students, who asked a lot of questions regarding the procedures of conducting tenders and problems arising during the implementation of public procurement.
