On May 20, 2021, a three-day International Scientific Conference on Innovation – Qualitative And Quantitative Research – (ICI-QQR’2021) began work at the Abdelmalek Essaadi University (Morocco, Tetuan). This scientific event is organized in collaboration between FSJES (Tetuan – Morocco), the European Organization for Research and Doctoral Studies EuRSED, the Faculty of FPL (Larache – Morocco) and the Moroccan Association ARSED.
Professor of our department, Doctor of Economics, Ihor Basantsov is a member of the European Organization for Scientific Research and Doctoral Studies EuRSED, therefore he took part in the work of the organizing committee for the preparation of this international scientific conference.
The goal of this conference is to organize scientific meetings at a high international level with the participation of the best researchers, engineers, professionals, scientists and experts; ensuring the exchange of opinion and useful information, theoretical and practical knowledge, as well as experience in various fields of science and technology. The ICIQQR is targeted at a variety of researchers and aims to promote multidisciplinary communication. With presentations, academic sessions and workshops, ICI-QQR offers many opportunities for communication, learning and scientific exchange.
On this scientific event, prof. Ihor Basantsov prepared a plenary report on the topic: “The concept of establishing an independent system of state financial control of Ukraine.”
The report examines the issues of forming proposals for improving the state financial control system on basis of a specially created and organizationally separate Supreme Audit Institution (Supreme State Financial Control Body). This Supreme Body must prevent corruption abuses in the formation, distribution and spending of state budget funds.
