In late April 2014 the International Centre for Banking and Corporate Governance headed by Professor of the Department of International Economics Alexander Kostyuk received a positive response regarding the publication of the monograph “Governance and Regulation Issues: Corporate Governance & Bank Regulation” from the publisher “Lambert Academic Publishing”( Germany). The book will be published under the editorship of Professors A. Kostyuk, Kostyuk O. and postgraduate student Y. Lapina. The monographs’ co-authors include scientists from different countries: Italy, Ukraine, Poland, Australia, South Africa and the UK.
Authors focus their attention on the issues of corporate governance and regulation in banks. The main issues of the monograph include the peculiarities of corporate governance, their impact on the performance of banks, the problems of risk management, liquidity management, regulation and supervision of banks’ activities.
