The Academy’s student is a participant of the international training course

The training united active young people from 12 countries within the grant program of the European Union “Erasmus +”.

Kateryna Samojlenko, the Academy’ student of “International Economics” took part in the international workshop “Filming Rasism” in Kars, Turkey conducted in the period from 9 to 16 December 2014. “Filming Racism” is a training course aimed at promoting mutual understanding between young people from different countries and raising awareness of the participants of the cultural diversity and their abilities to work successfully with intercultural youth groups at European and international levels.

The training consisted of master classes, workshops, situational problems-solving, conflict resolution, diversity and harmony studies. The training was based on the methods of non-formal and empirical studies. Taking part in the training was a specialist in film-making, who shared his knowledge on the best ways to make films and what programs to use for video editing.
