Description

The aim of the course is to acquaint the student with the basic virtues of research integrity, to allow student to acquire basic competencies that prevent research integrity misconduct and ensure the implementation of research work at a high level of academic and scientific integrity.

Learning outcomes

  • Be able to distinguish and prevent manifestations of research dishonesty, identify “gray” practices and counteract unscrupulous practices in scientific field
  • Be able to carry out explanatory work on the manifestations of research dishonesty among higher education subjects at lower levels and within scientific groups 
  • Be able to combat the manifestations of dishonesty within the author teams
  • Be able to apply the concepts of research integrity in various scientific activities, counteract unfair practices from publishers and conferences
