From 01.09.19 to 12.09.19 PhD in Economics, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Finance, Banking and Insurance Alina Bukhtiarova participated in the international youth exchange project “Digital You(th)” funded by the European Union Erasmus + program and facilitated by NGO “Youth Mix” (Armenia) and “Bildung Und Kultur EV” (Germany).
Digital You (th) is a 10-day youth exchange project based on an approach to integrating non-formal education in business of digital tools and cultural learning.
The main objectives of the project were:
– to increase the level of the participants’ digital and entrepreneurial literacy;
– to introduce the most demanded digital tools supporting business promotion;
– to develop participants’ skills and competencies in various modern digital tools;
– to enrich participants’ skills and competencies in the field of entrepreneurship;
– to make it possible for the participants to get more chances for a better job via developing their competitive advantages;
– to promote mutual understanding, intercultural discourse, social engagement, and unity between young people in different countries, etc.
The project will follow the non-formal educational approach and it will gather 40 participants from Germany, Spain, Portugal, France, Armenia, Georgia, Ukraine, Moldova.
After the youth exchange all participants received a YouthPass certificate indicating their participation and developed competencies.
