Associate Professor of Foreign Languages Department Rimma Milenkova implemented an inclusive Community Public Art project at Sumy Special School with the support of Sumy City Council and BureauArt Gallery.
Senior students, in particular those who need correction of mental and physical development, were involved in the creation of the picture. Through the ideas’ visualization, young people answered questions about their future plans – what future they expect, what professions they will choose, what they will remember from the school. The project was created with the help of a Fulbright program fellow in Ukraine Misha Tyutyunyk (M.Dot), who was the main artist of the project and worked with students both in person and online.
