The Management course has many interesting topics, and in Daniel Goleman’s book, the topic of emotional intelligence is revealed. This concept has gained a dominant position in management texts and literature on leadership and the ability to strengthen social capital.
A high level of emotional intelligence is the key to successful negotiations, sales and presentation of the project to investors. The topic of applying knowledge about emotions was the basis of a meeting with coach Artem Knyazev, who has experience in B2B sales since 2014, and is a specialist in organizing trainings at LLC Global Bilgi.
The vision of why you should develop self-control, how to motivate yourself for new achievements, how to manage your own emotions was discussed. This lesson took place within the course “Management” for first-year students. In total, about 70 students of economic specialties took part in the meeting.
