On the 1st of September, 2014 in the Scientific library of the academy started “BookCrossing” project, more precisely – one of its forms “Alive book-shelf”.
We remind that “Alive book-shelf” is a place, where everyone can take a book for himself, leaving (if he wants) in return his one.
The idea of BookCrossing is actively spread and supported by youth. It is very popular in the world, that’s why the Scientific library of the UAB NBU joined this project because first of all our main goal is to popularize reading in all its forms. And as the time shows, the BookCrossing goes on because it’s very interesting, new and useful.
