Mediation as a “New culture of dialogue”– a webinar for students and lecturers with MARINA SAENKO in the phrame of “MEDIATION MONTH IN UKRAINE”

On November 19th took place a webinar on mediation and conflict management for 3rd and 4th year students of Management degree program (lecturer Tatyana Mayboroda in the discipline “Conflict and Organizational Change Management “), which also was joined by 4th year students of International Economic Relations degree program (lecturer Nadiya Kostyuchenko).

Speaker on the webinar – MARINA SAENKO: certified business-mediator, practitioner, co-author and lecturer of the course on the platform Prometheus “Dialogue and Mediation: The Road to Reconciliation”, member of National Association of Mediators of Ukraine, managing partner of the law company ZAKON PEREMOHY.

The set actual and interesting topics were discussed: implementation of mediation practices in Ukraine, its basic principles, ability and importance of self-orientation and orientation of the opposite side to such a constructive conflicts resolution as cooperation, and consideration of interests of both sides during negations (using example of Harward School of Negotiations).
