Associate Professor of Marketing Artem Artyukhov, as a member of the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education, on October 28-30 took part in a seminar (strategic session) on the development of internal quality assurance systems in the universities.
The main purpose of the seminar is to discuss recommendations for ensuring internal quality systems of higher education and to improve the strategy of the National Agency, which will take into account the activities for the implementation of relevant recommendations tomorrow.
Interestingly, this type of discussion has yielded results in other areas:
– identification of current challenges and problems in the field of quality assurance in higher education in Ukraine;
– discussion of the draft methodological recommendations for improving the internal quality assurance systems of higher education: discussion and submission of proposals;
– features of application of criteria of estimation of educational programs.
The strategic session was part of the project “Promoting Rule of Law and Human Rights Approaches in Higher Education”, implemented by the OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine in cooperation with the National Agency and the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
As a result of the seminar, Artem Artyukhov developed a number of recommendations for improving the educational program “Marketing” at all levels of higher education, as well as identified areas of preparation for future accreditation of the doctoral program in marketing.
