16.10.2020 business analyst at Kaustik Europe B.V., Maksym Kazantsev (Rotterdam Area, Netherlands) delivered a lecture on “Diagnostics of financial processes in the enterprise” within the framework of Business Diagnostics Course for 1st year Master’s Degree students of EM-01group, specialty 051 “Economics and Business Innovation”.
М. Kazantsev explained practical aspects of implementing an internal ERP (enterprise resource planning) system, peculiarities of work with receivables and payables, credit insurance, reports on margins, net assets, cash flow, and financial cost planning.
