Within the framework of the competition of projects for the implementation of scientific research and development “Science for the safety of man and society”, which was held by the National Research Foundation of Ukraine, scientific teams from Sumy State University won and financially supported their own research in 2020-2021
The project-leader among the rating list of projects, which received the highest number of points in Ukraine (headed by Vasilyeva T.A.) on the topic “Economic and mathematical modeling and forecasting the impact of COVID-19 on the development of Ukraine in the national and regional contexts: factors of public health and socio- ecological and economic determinants ”is very relevant and interdisciplinary, was prepared with the participation of scientists-economists and scientists of the Medical Institute of SSU.
Scientists from UNI BT “UABS”, together with representatives of the ELITE faculty, also received a high score (99.5 out of 100 possible) for the project “Optimization and Automation of Financial Monitoring Processes for the Growth of Information Security in Ukraine” (headed by SV Leonov).
The project “Formation of economic mechanisms for sustainable development of renewable energy in the context of global and local threats to the energy security of Ukraine” (supervisor IM Sotnik), recommended for implementation, will be carried out in cooperation with scientists of the State Institution “Institute of Economics and Forecasting of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine” and the International Humanitarian university.
The project “Mechanism of synergetic interaction of economic policy instruments as a driver of stabilization of economic sectors in the context of growing vulnerability factors due to the COVID-19 pandemic” (headed by I. Dyakonova) will be carried out with the scientific support of medical scientists of the SSU Medical Institute.
