Through the program The program “Technical and Economic Cooperation of India» (ITEC) Associate Professor of Economics and Business Administration of SSU Chygryn Elena took part in the training program “Integrated Approach towrads Sustainable Development” at the Institute of Energy and Resources, Republic of India, New Delhi.
Within three weeks (from 27-03-2017 to 14-04-2017) the program participants from 33 different countries were trained on the topics of sustainable development, the main principles of its implementation at various levels of the economy. Separate lectures were held at the research base of the Institute of Energy and Resources, which were focused the implementation of nanotechnology in agriculture. Also, a visiting session was held at the branch of the Institute in the village of Mukteshwar in the Himalayas, where projects on sustainable agriculture.
All expenses related to participation in the program (air tickets, accommodation, meals, training, excursion tours) are covered by the Government of the Republic of India. In addition, the participants of the program were given a scholarship and additional funds for the acquisition of scientific literature of a professional direction.
Also within the program were guided tours around New Delhi and Agra, where participants had the opportunity to visit the most famous historical and cultural attractions of India (Taj Mahal, Qutub Minar, etc.).
Participation in this program allows participants to deepen their knowledge and raise the level of competence in the professional field, as well as to get acquainted with the cultural heritage of India and establish international contacts in a professional environment.
