As a part of professional orientation activities of the Department of Management of Balatsky Academic and Research Institute of FEM, SSU on the 22d of March the Ph.D. (Cand.Sci. (Econ.), assoc. prof. Shvindina Hannah and the assistant Tymchenko Iryna visited the 11-A class of Oleksandr gymnasium.
Shvindina Hanna held an interesting interactive lecture about success stories of famous managers of nowadays. During the lecture she was talking about the professional and personal qualities of a successful manager, what activities lead to improving a manager’s competitiveness in the contemporary business environment. The students showed interest in the topic, and demonstrated willingness to work for their future. After the lecture there was an interesting discussion with students in which they expressed their vision of the qualities of modern manager, gave the examples of famous managers and talked over the issue of motivation for their development.
