May 31, 2011 at the Scientific Students Conference “Youth masters marketing” in a conference room of KNEU (Kiev) the winners of the competition “Youth masters marketing” of 2010-2011 academic year were awarded.
There were presented 5 students works from Sumy State University. These students are Provozon Julia (5 year student), Gaydabrus Natalia (4 year student), Zholudeva Anastasia (4 year student), and joint work of Khizhnyak Marina and Sirik Julia (3 year students). These works were appreciated and noted by jury. The key factors in choosing the winners were: the possibility of practical application and relevance of the topics addressed in the paper.
Every year experts determine the best department. Thus, the marketing department of Sumy State University won a special prize from the GfK Ukraine for quality, responsible and fundamental training of students and research. Every participant of SSU received a gift certificate from sponsors for buying books.
Also, the winners of the contest were determined. Third prizes was awarded to:
- Julia Provozon for the project “Development of advertising campaigns for products of TM “Naminayko” allowing for the psychological perception of color consumers” (supervisor – Olena Mitsura);
- Julia Sirik and Marina Khizhnyak for the project “The study of branding of Sumy State University” (supervisor – Sergiy Illyashenko).

Winners and participants received a lot of interesting gifts from sponsors, and also a lot of positive emotions from listening and discussing reports made by students of universities throughout Ukraine. After the conference, the contestants had the opportunity to walk the streets of Kiev and enjoy the power of his old spirit, which was felt in every monument and an old buildings; harmony series of modern business centers, luxury and upscale buildings. Also they could relax on the banks of the Dnieper river or in multiple parks of this rich history city.
