The faculty of economics and management of Sumy State University together with Noncommercial partnership “Controller Union”, International Controller Union, LLC “Controlling Institute”, the department of economics and industrial organization of Bauman Moscow State Technical University held the I International Congress in controlling in Golitsyno (Moscow Oblast), that is going to become annual.
Chairman of the Organizing Committee – Profesor of Bauman Moscow State Technical University, as well as chairman and chief executive director of the nonprofit Partnership “Association of controllers” Falco Sergey.
The participants were representatives of business-structures, scientific institutions and educational establishments from Bulgaria, Estonia, Germany, Russia, the USA, Ukraine, who are the specialists in the sphere of controlling.
There was considered a wide range of problems in controlling theory and practice.
The materials of Congress were published. A considerable attention was paid to the sections of functional controlling – controlling of personnel, finance, production, marketing, logistics. Moreover, there were considered the problems of controlling formation in organizations of non-commercial sector and also in the middle and small organizations.
